Applications are now open for the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two.
This program will assist small to medium-sized businesses, including employing and non-employing businesses, in the eligible sectors impacted by the restrictions announced on 27 May 2021 and extended beyond 3 June 2021. This includes restaurants, event suppliers, accommodation providers, taxi and other road transport, non-essential retailers, and other impacted sectors.
The program offers grants of up to $5,000 to eligible small and medium businesses, including employing and non-employing businesses. Applicants with multiple businesses can only apply for one grant per ABN. Not-for-profit organizations that are not registered for GST and have an annual turnover between $75,000 and $150,000 can apply for a grant.
Applications are also open for the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021.
The Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 program provides businesses holding an eligible liquor license and food certificate with a $3,500 or $7,000 grant per premises.
Applications for both schemes are open until 11:59 pm Thursday 24 June 2021.
